Our journey began in a local farmers market in north Portland in the fall of 2012. We stay committed to this philosophy and continue to operate in this platform. We began selling our traditional tamales Oaxaqueños (wrapped in banana leaves) and our now famous mole negro sauce. We continue doing summer markets and enjoy being outdoors with different vendors in the market season.
